We believe you can have it all! That’s why our classes and private training truly take a holistic approach to getting you strong from the inside out. Our goal is to help you gain confidence and strength on both a mental and physical level while providing you the tools to make a long term commitment to your health and wellness. We believe that change must come from a place of love, not hate in our bodies and that is why our training is made to be sustainable for the long term. Pilates will help strengthen your deep core muscles and increase flexibility while teaching you wonderful body awareness. We will then use that body awareness to understand how to move better when weight lifting.

1:1 Training Sessions
In this one hour private training session -- held either in person at Cue Fitness and Pilates studio or virtually by video call -- your trainer will completely tailor the workout to you and your personal needs, requests, and goals. We use a progressive training approach to build you to your goals, therefore consistency in training works best to meet these goals.

2:1 Training Sessions
Train with a friend in this one-hour private duet session, either in person at Cue Fitness and Pilates studio or virtually via video call. Both you and a partner will enjoy a customized workout tailored to both your needs, requests, and goals. Choose between Pilates, weight training, or a combination of both. Make your fitness journey extra enjoyable and effective with the support of a friend.

Reformix Classes
We believe you can have it all! That's why we created our signature class combining Pilates reformer and weight training. Warm up your core and smaller muscle groups to prepare you for the focused lift of the day. This class is for all levels and held in studio. Prior knowledge of Pilates is encouraged but not necessary. Prior lifting experience not necessary. Weights used will vary but will mainly be kettlebells.
Meet the Owner
Cue Fitness and Pilates was founded by Elizabeth Buchan. Elizabeth is a NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine) certified personal trainer with over 13 years in the industry. She is a Balanced Body Pilates instructor and holds certificates in APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Therapeutic Pilates for Rehabilitation Professionals level 1, Silver Sneakers, AFAA (The Athletics and Fitness Association of America) for Group Exercise, and Body Ready Method for Pregnancy. She is currently working on her pre/postnatal certification through Girls Gone Strong.

Throughout the years Elizabeth has trained and coached in various gym settings both big and small. She has lead countless group classes and run three different types of fitness studios. Her experience in the industry makes her a compassionate trainer with a deeper understanding of the human body.

Her passion and drive for what she does is apparent in her daily interactions with her clients and her thirst for growth and knowledge to provide the best possible service.
Trainer Lauren Eisen
Lauren received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology of Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. It was during college that she discovered her first love, spinning. Lauren enjoyed it so much that she became a Spin Power instructor, marking the beginning of her passion for fitness. She expanded her certifications to include personal training (NASM), Barre, Boot Camp, and Silver Sneakers, enabling her to work with all age groups at every level in a variety of programs. As a Fitness Nutritionist Specialist, Lauren offers advice to improve health and weight management. Most recently, she completed a Women’s Fitness Specialist certification through NASM.
Lauren likes to keep workouts varied for her clients to maintain their motivation. By incorporating exercises from different areas, she ensures that the sessions remain challenging and interesting. Lauren believes there are many different ways to achieve fitness goals and strives to find the best approach for each individual.
The Studio
Cue Fitness and Pilates creates a fun and healthy environment personalized towards each individual. At Cue we aim to provide clients with the tools to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle based on balance both mentally and physically. Cue Fitness focuses on strength and a positive relationship with food and one's body.
